We’re looking for a driven Branch Manager Trainee to join our team and develop into a future leader. This entry-level leadership track is designed for individuals with a Bachelor’s Degree and no more than 2–3 years of leadership experience who are eager to grow and learn.
What You’ll Do
Learn and support daily branch operations, including customer service, sales processes, and administrative tasks
Assist in launching and supporting new branches as part of our growth strategy
Train alongside experienced managers to master operations, team leadership, and customer experience
Provide on-site support during store openings, transitions, and busy periods
Contribute ideas and help drive continuous improvement across multiple locations
What We’re Looking For
Bachelor’s Degree required
No more than 2–3 years of leadership experience (ideal for early-career candidates)
Motivated, adaptable self-starter with a passion for learning
Strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills
Willingness to travel to support new branch openings and assist multiple locations
Enthusiasm for developing into a management and leadership role
