What You’ll Be Doing
You’ll be leading the branch, setting goals, building the team, and making sure everything runs smoothly day to day. You’ll keep the branch profitable, manage costs, and actively bring in new business while maintaining strong client relationships.
You’ll also oversee quality and performance, help with complex leak diagnostics, handle take-offs and proposals, and represent the company at industry events.
What You’ll Need
- A minimum of 10 years in commercial roofing
- Strong leadership, organization and communication skills
- Proven ability to build and lead a branch/division
- Ability to set strategy and establish plans for business growth
