- All founding team roles are equity-based only in the early stage.
- There is no guaranteed timeline for paid compensation.

⭐️ OPEN POSITIONS (Equity-Based | Early Stage | Part-Time)
All roles are equity-only in the early stage and require ~5–10 hours/week.
1️⃣ Creative Director and Head of Product Design (Technical Creative) — 8% Equity
Part-Time | Founding Team | Remote-Flexible
About the Role:
You will define the entire visual identity of Libre — design, branding, storytelling, and creative direction.
You Will:
- Lead apparel design (shorts, hoodies, windbreakers, hats and more)
- Choosing Fabrics
- Build the brand’s visual identity creative direction
- Create moodboards, concepts, and brand guidelines
- Direct product visuals (photos, videos, UGC style)
- Shape the look, feel, and emotion of Libre
- Collaborate directly with the Founder
Flexibility Clause:
Because Libre is early-stage, tasks and responsibilities may evolve as the company grows. Flexibility and adaptability are essential.
Compensation: 8% equity
Time: ~5–10 hrs/week
