3️⃣ Operations Manager — 2% Equity
Part-Time | Founding Team | Remote-Flexible
About the Role
You will build the backend structure of Libre — samples, production, suppliers, inventory, shipping, and quality control.
You Will:
- Manage samples → revisions → final production
- Communicate with manufacturers vendors
- Oversee inventory and ordering timelines
- Track calendars and quality control
- Organize logistics fulfillment
- Build simple backend systems (SOPs)
Flexibility Clause:
Responsibilities may evolve as the company grows. Flexibility and adaptability are essential.
Compensation: 2% equity
Time: ~5–10 hrs/week
