2️⃣ Marketing Lead — 3% Equity
Part-Time | Founding Team | Remote-Flexible
About the Role
You will run the growth engine behind Libre — strategy, ads, community, influencer outreach, and brand momentum.
You Will:
- Lead marketing & growth strategy
- Manage IG, TikTok, YouTube posting optimization
- Run lean paid ads
- Build Skool community engagement
- Develop content frameworks and campaign strategies
- Analyze performance to refine strategy
- Own influencer creator outreach:
- DM creators
- Coordinate product seeding
- Manage UGC athlete relationships
- Track ROI
Flexibility Clause:
Responsibilities may evolve as the company grows. Flexibility and adaptability are essential.
Compensation: 3% equity
Time: ~5–10 hrs/week
