Manor Court of Carbondale is looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Activity Director to coordinate and supervise all of the social and recreational activities in their beautiful state-of-the-art nursing facility!

- Develop and implement psychosocial groups
- Develop and implement behavior programs
- Complete Activity Assessment and Elopement Assessment
- Orientate and supervise volunteers
- Schedule outside activities
- Participate in Care Plan Meetings

Requirements:
- 2 years of Experience in Social Programming/Activities
- High School Diploma or GED
- Ability to Pass a Criminal Background Check
- Valid Driver’s License
