SCHEDULE:
Our Service Scheduler - Dispatcher works Monday through Friday.
ALL WE NEED FROM YOU IS:
- 3 years of experience using an ERP
- CRM dispatching experience
- HVAC experience/knowledge
- Comfort working in ERP, CRM, and/or field service systems
- Ability to follow defined processes while adapting to daily changes
- Clear and effective communication skills
- Organizational skills and attention to detail
- Customer service mindset
- Bachelor's degree - preferred
WHAT YOUR DAY IS LIKE:
Our Service Scheduler - Dispatcher is at the center of our daily operations and helps ensure we provide accurate and efficient service to our customers. You'll coordinate job information, manage scheduling, and dispatch technicians to optimize productivity. Responsibilities include:
- Speaking with customers about their needs, scheduling service/installation/warranty appointments, and updating the calendar as priorities and availability change
- Dispatching technicians to jobs based on location, availability, skillset, etc.
- Informing managers about customer feedback, scheduling conflicts, and recurring system issues
- Reviewing work orders for thoroughness and coordinating the proper parts and access before dispatch
- Using our ERP/FSM systems to monitor service orders through completion
- Communicating with technicians throughout the day about scheduling, job details, and needed materials to keep everything flowing smoothly
- Providing amazing customer service and informing customers about job updates or scheduling changes
- Completing accurate data entry, maintaining detailed job records, tracking performance metrics, assisting with audits, and tackling other administrative duties as assigned
