Senior Manager, Product Management – Aerospace & Defense

What You’ll Do
- Own product-line revenue, bookings, profitability, pricing, and market growth.
- Develop and execute product strategies and roadmaps aligned with customer and business priorities.
- Build strong relationships with aerospace OEMs, defense primes, government agencies, and strategic customers.
- Identify emerging market trends, competitive opportunities, and new product opportunities.
- Develop business cases and prioritize investments to maximize portfolio ROI.
- Lead cross-functional teams through influence, align priorities, and drive execution.
- Represent product strategy and performance with customers and senior leadership.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Business, or a related field.
- 7 years of experience in Product Management, Product Line Management, Business Development, Program Management, or a related leadership role.
- Aerospace & Defense industry experience strongly preferred.
- Demonstrated success owning P&L, pricing, revenue growth, and profitability.
- Strong customer-facing and executive communication skills.
- Proven ability to influence and lead in a matrixed organization without direct authority.
