Responsibilities

• Support clients on critical accounting, finance, and business transformation initiatives.
• Assist with financial reporting, technical accounting, process improvement, and operational finance projects.
• Participate in initiatives related to mergers and acquisitions, organizational changes, regulatory compliance, and other special projects.
• Analyze financial information, identify business issues, and recommend practical solutions.
• Collaborate with client leadership teams to deliver high-quality results and meet project objectives.
• Adapt quickly to new environments, industries, and business challenges.
• Build strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
• Contribute to business development, recruiting, and other firm growth initiatives as opportunities arise.
  
  

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• 4 years of public accounting and/or audit experience. Would consider the right corporate accounting and/or financial reporting experience.
• CPA designation or progress toward certification preferred.
• Strong understanding of U.S. GAAP, financial reporting, and accounting principles.
• Experience working with large organizations or complex business environments is a plus.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel and financial analysis skills preferred.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building abilities.
• Demonstrated career progression, professional maturity, and a desire to take on new challenges.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and perform effectively in fast-paced client environments.
  
  

Compensation:

A very competitive compensation package will be available for this position including base salary, monthly and annual bonuses (typically 25-30% annually), medical, dental, vision, 401K, profit sharing, wellness programs, vacation and sick time, paid holidays, employee growth, educational trainings and certifications, etc.

Working Situation:

This is Hybrid situation with 4 days in the office - Monday, Tues, Wed, Thurs in office.
