Mergers & Acquisitions Senior Attorney

A highly regarded national law firm is seeking an experienced M&A attorney to join its growing Delaware practice. This is an excellent opportunity for a senior-level attorney to work on sophisticated corporate transactions originating across the firm's domestic and international offices.

Responsibilities:

• Advise clients on Delaware corporate law across a broad range of complex transactions
• Lead and support M&As including acquisitions and divestitures, corporate mergers and restructurings, dissolutions, strategic partnerships and joint ventures, private equity investments, financing and complex lending transactions, and cross-border transactions
• Advise clients regarding fiduciary duties, corporate governance, and other strategic considerations
• Provide corporate law support on matters originating from offices throughout the firm's national and international platform
• Manage multiple sophisticated matters while maintaining strong attention to detail and meeting demanding deadlines
• For Partner and Counsel candidates, contribute to the growth and development of the corporate practice and client relationships
  
  

Qualifications:

• JD from an accredited law school
• 5 years of Delaware corporate law experience with substantial hands-on M&A experience
• Active DE bar admission
• Experience practicing within the corporate/business group of a Delaware-based firm, or the Delaware office of a large national or international firm
