**Qualifications:**

• Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent professional experience.
• Experience with learning management administration or technical support in educational technology.
• Proficient analytical and creative problem-solving skills.
• Comfortable with advanced software applications and platforms.
• Strong customer service and administrative capabilities.
• High attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
• Knowledge of educational tech platforms, especially learning management systems.
• Competence in Microsoft Office and Google Docs.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Skilled in interpersonal relations with internal and external stakeholders.
• Familiarity with HTML, CSS, or JIRA is a bonus.
