**Key Responsibilities:**

• Lead engineering and project management efforts across the office
• Develop and optimize PLC and HMI programming
• Allen Bradley PLC / HMI programming experience
• Configure AC/DC drives for optimal performance
• Generate and manage project cost estimates
• Design drawing packages and specific project specs
• Evaluate contractor and equipment bids with precision
• Process purchase requisitions efficiently
• Oversee project cost accounting, scheduling, and progress
• Troubleshoot manufacturing equipment issues promptly
  
  

**Qualifications:**

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related discipline
• Proven ability to work independently and collaboratively
• Strong drive to deliver high-quality products on schedule
• Excellent client communication and consulting skills
• 5 years of programming experience
• Expertise in industrial control systems, PLC programming, and drives
• Familiarity with Allen-Bradley control systems; other systems a plus
• Experience with safety systems and components is advantageous
