Job Details:

Branch Manager - Account Manager

Position Specifications:

  • Increase sales within the existing account base and grow the base by finding several new viable accounts each year
  • Reestablish customer relationships
  • Call on Mechanical Contractors and Service Plumbers
  • Sell focus products and support high-level vendors
  • Assist with training Sales and Management Trainees
  • Understanding buying dynamics: single purchasing agents vs. project manager buyers
  • Determining profit margin
  • Negotiating job "buy outs" with vendors
  • Knowledge of HVAC and plumbing products and their applications
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required
  • Wholesale to plumbing and mechanical contractors
