- Manage and oversee the Learning Management System to ensure it meets the needs of the organization.
- Design and implement effective training programs using the LMS for employees in the manufacturing sector.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify training needs and develop appropriate instructional content.
- Monitor and analyze training effectiveness and user engagement with the LMS to drive improvements.
- Provide support and training to employees on how to utilize the LMS effectively.
- Bachelor's degree in Education, Instructional Design, or a related field.
- Proven experience with Learning Management Systems and instructional software.
- Strong understanding of training and development principles, particularly in a manufacturing environment.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to analyze data and provide actionable insights for training improvements.
