Job Title: LMS Specialist 

Salary:$70 - $90K /yr

Location: Piscataway, NJ 

Position Overview
The LMS Specialist will be responsible for managing and optimizing the Learning Management System (LMS) within the organization. This role focuses on ensuring effective training and development programs for employees, particularly in the manufacturing sector, through innovative instructional software solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee the Learning Management System to ensure it meets the needs of the organization.
• Design and implement effective training programs using the LMS for employees in the manufacturing sector.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify training needs and develop appropriate instructional content.
• Monitor and analyze training effectiveness and user engagement with the LMS to drive improvements.
• Provide support and training to employees on how to utilize the LMS effectively.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Education, Instructional Design, or a related field.
• Proven experience with Learning Management Systems and instructional software.
• Strong understanding of training and development principles, particularly in a manufacturing environment.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to analyze data and provide actionable insights for training improvements.
