Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and test digital leak detection and sensing systems
- Support installation, commissioning, and maintenance of systems at client sites
- Troubleshoot technical issues and provide timely resolutions
- Collaborate with internal teams on product improvements and system enhancements
- Maintain accurate technical documentation, reports, and project records
- Assist with customer support, training, and technical consultations
- Travel as needed (including overnight travel) to support field operations and client needs
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, HVAC, or related field) or relevant technical/trade experience
- Experience with electronic systems design, testing, and troubleshooting
- Understanding of digital sensing technologies or monitoring systems preferred
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently in both office and field environments
- Experience with project coordination and technical documentation
- Familiarity with programming or software development is a plus
- Experience in leak detection, facilities systems, or related industries is a plus
- Willingness to travel, including overnight trips
- Ability to support on-site technical operations and customer engagements
