Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain commercial & industrial HVAC systems
• Perform preventative maintenance and emergency service
• Diagnose electrical, mechanical, and refrigeration-related issues
• Service chillers, RTUs, AHUs, boilers, cooling towers, pumps, and ventilation systems
• Work with BAS/BMS and associated controls
• Communicate professionally with customers and facility personnel
  
  

Qualifications

• 2 years of commercial/industrial HVAC service experience
• Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic abilities
• Chiller and/or refrigeration experience desired
• EPA Certification preferred
• Clean driving record required
• Strong customer service and communication skills
  
  

Experience supporting healthcare, industrial, institutional, manufacturing, distribution, or mission-critical facilities is a plus.
