- Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Engineering, Geology, Environmental Science, Earth Science, or a related discipline (Master’s preferred)
- Active Massachusetts Licensed Site Professional (LSP) — preferred
- Strong working knowledge of environmental regulations at the local, state, and federal levels
- OSHA 40-hour HAZWOPER certification with current 8-hour refresher
- Professional Engineer (PE) or Professional Geologist (PG) license preferred
- Managing environmental investigation, remediation, and due diligence projects across New England
- Leading proposal development, contracts, scopes, schedules, budgets, and invoicing
- Serving as a primary liaison with clients, regulators, contractors, and internal stakeholders
- Overseeing technical deliverables including plans, specifications, reports, and regulatory submittals
- Providing technical review and quality assurance across a range of environmental project types
