ENVIRONEMTAL PROJECT MANAGER

A well-established environmental and engineering consulting firm is seeking an experienced Environmental Project Manager to support and lead complex projects throughout New England. This role is ideal for a technically strong environmental professional who enjoys client interaction, project leadership, mentoring junior staff, and seeing projects through from investigation to closure. You’ll work in a collaborative, forward-thinking environment where employee ownership, flexibility, and long-term career growth are core values.

• Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Engineering, Geology, Environmental Science, Earth Science, or a related discipline (Master’s preferred)
• Active Massachusetts Licensed Site Professional (LSP) — preferred
• Strong working knowledge of environmental regulations at the local, state, and federal levels
• OSHA 40-hour HAZWOPER certification with current 8-hour refresher
• Professional Engineer (PE) or Professional Geologist (PG) license preferred
• Managing environmental investigation, remediation, and due diligence projects across New England
• Leading proposal development, contracts, scopes, schedules, budgets, and invoicing
• Serving as a primary liaison with clients, regulators, contractors, and internal stakeholders
• Overseeing technical deliverables including plans, specifications, reports, and regulatory submittals
• Providing technical review and quality assurance across a range of environmental project types
