• Exceptional ability to foster and maintain relationships with clients, subcontractors, and the project team.
• Adept at managing project budgets, schedules, and resources efficiently.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and proactive approach to anticipating and resolving project challenges.
• In-depth understanding of design documents and construction processes.
