CNC Machinist / CAD-CAM Programmer

We’re looking for a skilled CNC Machinist with strong CAD/CAM programming expertise to join our team and take on challenging, hands-on work in a variety of applications. This role offers the opportunity to contribute from concept through production while working on projects across multiple materials and industries.

What You’ll Do

• Program 3- and 4-axis CNC milling machines using CAD/CAM software (SolidWorks/SolidCAM or similar)
• Produce precise CAD/CAM files from 3D models or technical drawings
• Select appropriate tooling and design/build custom workholding solutions
• Set up, operate, and inspect CNC machined components
• Prepare setup documentation and part detail drawings
• Collaborate with machinists and engineers to enhance manufacturability
• Identify ways to reduce setup times and improve changeover processes
• Perform routine maintenance on machines and tools
  
  

What We’re Looking For

• Minimum 2 years of CNC programming experience
• Proficient in G/M code, GD&T, and 3D modeling software
• Comfortable machining aluminum, steels, plastics, and stainless
