- Support complex civil litigation matters from case inception through resolution
- Conduct legal research, draft pleadings, motions, briefs, and other litigation documents
- Assist with discovery, depositions, hearings, and trial preparation
- Analyze legal and factual issues to develop case strategies
- Collaborate with attorneys and clients on a variety of litigation matters
- Contribute to the continued growth and development of the firm's litigation practice
- JD from an accredited law school
- Excellent academic credentials
- 0-3 years of civil litigation experience
- Strong legal research, analytical, and writing skills
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities
- Highly motivated, collaborative, and eager to develop a career in complex civil litigation
- Admissions to the Maine state bar, or eligible for admission
