HVAC Controls Technician
Looking for a hands-on Controls Technician who knows HVAC systems, BAS/BMS controls, and how to keep critical facilities running smoothly. If you enjoy troubleshooting, commissioning, and making buildings smarter — this is for you.
What You’ll Do
- Commission & troubleshoot BAS/BMS control systems
- Work with HVAC equipment: AHUs, VAVs, chillers, boilers, CRAC/CRAHs
- Configure controllers, graphics, alarms, and trends
- Diagnose field devices, VFDs, and network communication issues
- Perform point-to-point testing and startup support
- Read control drawings and update as-builts/redlines
- 3 years of BAS/BMS or controls experience
- Strong HVAC and troubleshooting knowledge
- Familiar with BACnet/IP, Modbus, and Ethernet networks
- Experience with Schneider EcoStruxure or Niagara is a plus
- Data center or mission-critical experience is a bonus
