Civil Engineer / Project Manager – Milwaukee, WI
A growing engineering consulting firm is seeking a motivated Civil Engineer / Project Manager to lead diverse infrastructure and land development projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead civil design and site development projects
- Manage schedules, budgets, and project delivery
- Mentor junior engineering staff
- Support client relationships and business development
- Coordinate permitting, stormwater, grading, and utility design
- Assist with proposals and technical presentations
- Oversee field data collection and survey coordination
- B.S. in Civil Engineering
- PE license in Wisconsin (or nearing completion)
- 5 years of civil infrastructure or land development experience
- Strong background in stormwater, grading, utilities, and roadway/site design
- Experience with project management and client coordination
- Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D
