Seeking a mid-level associate to join a sophisticated Business Litigation Practice.

Qualifications:

  • Delaware Bar admission required.
  • 2–4 years of experience litigating matters in the Delaware Court of Chancery.
  • Experience in a sophisticated business litigation practice.
  • Superior academic credentials.
  • Excellent writing, research, and analytical skills.

Responsibilities:

  • Handle complex business litigation matters.
  • Draft pleadings, motions, and briefs.
  • Conduct legal research and support case strategy.
  • Participate in all phases of litigation.
