As a BAS Programmer, you’ll be the brain behind the system, crafting, commissioning, and optimizing Building Automation Systems (BAS) using platforms like Tridium Niagara N4/AX. You’ll collaborate with an elite team of engineers, technicians, and project managers — all driven by innovation, efficiency, and client success.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Programming, configuring, and servicing Building Automation Systems, with a focus on Tridium Niagara N4/AX
- Handling installations, system startups, troubleshooting, and on-site diagnostics
- Coordinating with clients, contractors, and internal teams to ensure seamless system deployment
- Conducting quality control inspections and documenting outcomes
- Providing technical leadership and mentoring field staff
- 5 years of hands-on BAS programming experience, with Tridium Niagara N4/AX certifications (including Advanced level preferred)
- Deep understanding of mechanical systems, control sequences, and electrical schematics
- Ability to independently diagnose and solve complex control system issues
- Skilled in reading blueprints, mechanical drawings, and wiring diagrams
- Strong communication skills and a proactive, problem-solving attitude
