Key Responsibilities
- Program, test, and commission Building Automation Systems (BAS) using platforms such as Niagara N4.
- Lead software aspects of assigned projects from programming through commissioning.
- Collaborate with engineering, field, and project management teams to ensure timely and quality delivery.
- Support system startup and troubleshoot controls and integration issues on-site.
- Mentor and guide junior software technicians.
- Review and audit work completed by junior team members for quality and adherence to standards.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field is a plus.
- 5 years of experience in BAS programming and integration.
- Mastery of BAS protocols (e.g., BACnet, Modbus, LONworks).
- Proficiency in reading and interpreting construction and design documents.
- Strong understanding of network infrastructure and Ethernet-based systems.
- Niagara AX/N4 certification preferred.
- Comfortable working on active job sites, ladders, and high lifts.
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
