You will have the opportunity to help lead this change with us as we grow this culture, mindset, and capability. 1-2 years of software engineering experience. Agile engineering capabilities and a design-thinking mindset. Collaboration, adaptability, flexibility and the ability to manage time and prioritize work with a globally distributed development team. Experience leveraging AI/ML tools into software development, including integration, monitoring, and optimization. Proficiency in software engineering languages and tools, including Java, Spring Boot, AWS and RESTful services, spanning horizontal and vertical packages. A bachelor's or master's degree in a technical or business discipline, or equivalent experience. You must be authorized to work in the United States without employer sponsorship now or in the future.
