Develop subject-matter expertise in property and specialty Replacement Cost Estimate and Coverage A product features. Conduct complex analyses under general direction — independently querying data, building tools for team use, and performing technical and analytical assessments of product features and key performance metrics. Lead and project-manage initiatives with manager guidance, partnering with Risk Analytics, State Management, Distribution, Technology, Policy & Production Support, and other cross-functional teams to design and implement changes. Synthesize research and analysis into insights and actionable recommendations that shape product design and strategy. Regularly present insights and recommendations to Product and Distribution leadership and cross-functional teams. Gather external research — including competitive intelligence and insights from vendors, market research teams, and other functional areas. Serve as a resource for less-experienced analysts and mentor interns or rotational analysts as needed. Bachelor's degree in mathematics, economics, statistics, or other quantitative field Minimum 4 year's relevant work experience, typically 6 years. Master's degree beneficial. Advanced proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and statistical software packages (e.g., SAS, Emblem). Must have strong planning, organizational, analytical, decision making and communication skills. Experience managing projects preferred.
