Under limited direction, prototype and develop data solutions to meet organizational and business customer needs. Demonstrate a working understanding of complex multi-tier, multi-platform systems, and apply principles of metadata, lineage, data dependencies and hierarchy, business definitions, compliance, and data security to project work. Use critical thinking to synthesize varied requirements into actionable, flexible solutions. Design proof-of-concept solutions using an advanced understanding of financial insurance concepts and multiple coding languages to meet technical and business requirements; perform iterative testing to ensure specifications are met. Serve as a technical guide and mentor for junior associates. Manage multiple priorities while maintaining strong attention to detail and ensuring tasks are completed accurately and timely. Design and develop data solutions that enable effective self-service data consumption and clearly communicate their value to the customer. Assist stakeholders in defining metrics that are impactful to the business. Prioritize work based on customer value and demonstrate strong knowledge of Agile techniques. Foster cross-functional collaboration between business and technology teams Set expectations for deliverables of high complexity.
