We are currently looking for a Part-Time Receptionist to join our enthusiastic team at Paul’s Run.

Key job responsibilities include:

Provide professional, courteous, and pleasant phone procedure and greeting processes for all visitors, residents, and staff.

Ensure that visitors register with security and receive an EZ Lobby visitor pass. Process visitor passes in the absence of security.

Answer console quickly and courteously. Screen and transfer telephone calls to proper personnel.

Acknowledge EPC and smoke alarm panel without delay. Contact Wellness or Personal Care nursing and security.
- Check e-mail during shift.
- Accept deliveries and log received packages and medication deliveries. Ensure signature by resident in logbook upon pick up.
- Evening receptionist must review the “missing from dinner” list and notify security of any missing resident.
Shift/Schedule available:
- Part-Time 8:00am-2:00pm and 2:00pm-8:00pm weekends.
Education and Experience:
- High School diploma or equivalent.
- Previous public contact work.
