Both operate in regulated environments.This is a hands-on, team-oriented organization. Titles do not define contribution. The right candidate works comfortably across all levels of the company and steps in where needed.Responsibilities:Manage CEO's calendar, priorities, and daily workflowInterface with the CFO regarding financial reportingCompile financial and operational reports for CEO reviewTrack completion of CEO directivesMaintain organization within the CEO’s office during travelRequirements:5 years supporting a Founder, CEO, or senior executiveFinancially literate and able to understand P&L statements, cash flow reporting, and key operating metricsSound judgment with appropriate escalation awarenessHighly organized, discreet, and accountableBenefits:401(k) Health insuranceLife insurance
