Personal Care Assistant (PCA) – Full Time
Location: Chester Charter School- Chester, PA
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00AM-3:15PM
Compensation: $19 an hour
Responsibilities:
- Assist students with personal care needs, including light academic and school tasks.
- Provide emotional support and encouragement throughout the school day.
- Collaborate with teachers, therapists, and healthcare staff.
- Ensure a safe, clean, and organized classroom environment.
Requirements:
- Special needs or PCA experience required
- Strong behavioral experience preferred
- Team player with strong communication skills
- PA state required clearances (can discuss during interview)
