Occupational Therapist - School (Virtual) PA

Position Overview:
We are seeking dedicated and compassionate Occupational Therapist to join our team in Philadelphia, Pittsburgh and surrounding areas around Pennsylvania! The ideal candidate will provide one-on-one assistance to students with diverse learning needs, helping them to excel academically and develop essential skills. This position offers an opportunity to make a meaningful impact on students' lives while working in a supportive and flexible environment. Responsibilities:

• Conduct assessments and evaluations of students' speech and language abilities.
• Develop and implement personalized therapy sessions for students.
• Collaborate closely with educators, parents, and the team to design tailored intervention plans.
• Continuously monitor and document students' progress, adjusting therapy strategies as needed.
• Offer guidance and support to teachers and parents on promoting development.
• Utilize platforms effectively to deliver interactive and impactful therapy sessions.

Required Clearances:

• Master's degree in Occupational Therapist
• Valid state licensure or certification as an Occupational Therapist.
• Prior experience working with school-aged students.
• Strong understanding of therapy platforms and technology.
• Exceptional communication skills for interacting with students, parents, and colleagues.
• Ability to create individualized therapy plans that cater to each student's communication needs.
• Compassionate and patient demeanor for fostering a comfortable therapy environment.

• PA Mandated Reporter (Must)
• TB Test One Step (Must)

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Contract

Pay: $65.00 - $68.00 per hour
