About the Role:
Liberty Education Solutions is seeking a dedicated Personal Care Assistant (PCA) to support students in a school-based setting at CCCS. This position is an excellent opportunity to make a difference in students’ lives while working in a collaborative, supportive environment.
Responsibilities:
- Provide one-on-one or small group support to students during the school day
- Assist with academic, behavioral, and/or personal needs as directed by the educational team
- Support teachers and staff in maintaining a safe, positive learning environment
- Encourage independence and help students reach their goals
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or equivalent required
- Previous experience working with children or in an educational setting preferred
- Strong communication, patience, and teamwork skills
- Ability to follow directions and adapt to student needs
- PA state clearances (FBI, Criminal background, Child Abuse, Mandated Reporter, CPR, TB)
