In the spirit of pay transparency, the base salary range for this position is $80,000 - $95,000, not including fringe benefits or potential bonuses. At Liberty, your final base salary will be determined by factors such as geographic location, skills, education, and experience. We are committed to pay equity and also consider the internal equity of our current team members when making final compensation decisions.

What You’ll Do
Eastern Time Zone - Highly Preferred
- Build and expand a high‑quality provider network by actively recruiting General Dentists and Specialists across assigned territories
- Review and translate client product details to providers during the recruitment process
- Analyze competitor data and propose strategic recruitment solutions to meet business objectives
- Research and evaluate fee schedules to ensure cost‑effective provider contracting
- Develop trusted relationships with dental offices by effectively communicating the features and benefits of joining the Liberty Dental Network
- Collect, review, and follow up on contracting and credentialing documentation
- Educate providers and office staff on online self‑service tools and best practices
- Conduct on‑site structural audits in accordance with established guidelines
- Coordinate and lead new provider orientations, ensuring timely education on policies and procedures
- Maintain a strong recruitment pipeline by meeting or exceeding established activity standards
- Document all provider interactions accurately within the CRM system
- Prepare monthly activity reports and provide updates on recruitment initiatives
- Identify out‑of‑network providers willing to see members on a single‑case basis and support member placement needs
- Support special outreach initiatives and additional projects as assigned
Education & Experience
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience
- Minimum 2 years of insurance network experience or comparable background in sales, recruitment, or customer service
- Healthcare or dental experience required
- Working knowledge of dental terminology
- Strong presentation, negotiation, and influencing skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint
- Ability to negotiate fee schedules and contract terms
- Detail‑oriented with proven organizational and time‑management skills
- Strong sales mindset and customer service orientation
- Ability to analyze data, problem‑solve, and execute recruitment strategies
- Comfortable working independently in the field while managing multiple priorities
- Valid driver’s license and proof of insurance (minimum $100,000 liability coverage required
- Play a critical role in network growth and provider satisfaction
