Responsibilities:
- Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, from sourcing to placement.
- Utilize various methods including cold calling, networking, and digital platforms to identify qualified candidates.
- Build strong relationships with healthcare professionals and clients.
- Maintain a robust candidate pipeline to meet hiring demands.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and deliver top-tier candidates.
Requirements:
- 10 years of experience in healthcare recruiting within an agency setting.

Compensation:
- Base Salary: $50,000 - $70,000
