What You’ll Do
Accreditation & Regulatory Readiness
- Lead accreditation readiness, submission, and compliance activities for NCQA and URAC dental standards across the enterprise.
- Serve as the primary project lead for audits, readiness assessments, corrective action plans, and regulatory submissions.
- Monitor changes in accreditation, state, and federal requirements and translate them into actionable work plans.
Quality Program & Initiative Management
- Oversee quality‑related components of onboarding new dental groups, delegated entities, or expanded service areas.
- Lead operational quality improvement initiatives focused on closing gaps in oral health access, preventive care, and continuity of care.
- Ensure quality initiatives align with contractual obligations, performance guarantees, and enterprise quality strategy.
Project Management & Cross‑Functional Collaboration
- Coordinate cross‑functional partners (Quality, Network, Operations, Compliance, IT, Member Services) to fulfill regulatory and contractual quality requirements.
- Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, deliverables, and risk mitigation strategies.
- Track project progress, identify barriers, and escalate risks or delays with recommended solutions.
Documentation & Reporting
- Maintain documentation, version control, and evidence repositories to support audits and accreditation reviews.
- Provide routine status updates and executive‑level summaries on quality project performance and outcomes.
Education & Experience
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare/Business Administration, Public Health, Project Management, or equivalent experience.
Experience
- Minimum 5 years of experience in healthcare quality, accreditation, regulatory implementation, or project management. Managed Care or Medicaid/Medicare project management experience preferred.
Skills & Knowledge
- Strong project management skills with demonstrated ability to manage complex, multi‑stakeholder initiatives.
- In‑depth knowledge of healthcare regulations, accreditation standards, and compliance requirements.
- Proven ability to lead complex projects from inception to completion.
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills, with the ability to identify and address operational challenges.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for engaging with diverse teams and stakeholders.
- Advanced proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and other data visualization tools.
- Detail‑oriented and organized, with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Knowledge of quality improvement methodologies and performance measurement techniques.
- Deep understanding of NCQA, URAC, CMS, and state quality requirements, with the ability to translate standards into operational practice.
- Effective communicator who can clearly convey requirements, influence partners, and collaborate across clinical, operational, and compliance functions.

Compensation
In the spirit of pay transparency, the base salary range for this position is $78,000 - $92,000, not including fringe benefits or potential bonuses. At Liberty, your final base salary will be determined by factors such as geographic location, skills, education, and experience. We are committed to pay equity and also consider the internal equity of our current team members when making final compensation decisions.
Please note that the range listed represents the full base salary range for this role. Typically, offers are not made at the top of the range to allow for future salary growth.
