Job Overview
We are seeking a personable Front Desk Receptionist to act as the face and first point of contact for our business. The receptionist assists with payment collection from customers and initiating customer work orders.
Duties
- Greet visitors and clients warmly, ensuring they feel welcomed and attended to promptly
- Manage multi-line phone systems, directing calls efficiently and professionally using proper phone etiquette
- Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails, mail, and packages with accuracy and timeliness
- Maintain organized filing systems and perform data entry
- Support office management tasks such as calendar management, appointment scheduling, and basic bookkeeping using QuickBooks or similar tools
- Assist with clerical duties like filing, photocopying, and maintaining office supplies inventory
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries, supporting visitors, and offering assistance as needed
Skills
- Proven experience in front desk operations or office administration with strong organizational skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Proficiency in computer literacy including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook), Google Workspace applications, and data entry software
- Familiarity with multi-line phone systems and phone etiquette standards
- Strong attention to detail for managing records accurately
- Ability to multitask efficiently while managing time effectively in a fast-paced environment

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
