Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and assist them in finding the right vehicle for them
- Demonstrate product features and benefits clearly to educate customers and encourage sales
- Process transactions accurately using cash handling, cashiering, and cash management procedures
- Maintain knowledge of current promotions, sales, and store policies to inform and assist customers effectively
- Handle customer inquiries, resolve issues promptly, and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service
- Utilize financial software and basic math skills for transaction processing, loan processing, and record keeping
Requirements
- Previous experience in retail sales or customer service is preferred but not required; enthusiasm and willingness to learn are key
- Strong communication skills with the ability to engage confidently with diverse customers
- Familiarity with financial services or banking concepts is a plus but not mandatory
- Ability to stand for extended periods, move around the store freely
- Knowledge of retail software systems or point-of-sale (POS) technology is advantageous
- A proactive attitude with excellent organizational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently
Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
