Sales Associate

Responsibilities

• Greet customers warmly and assist them in finding the right vehicle for them
• Demonstrate product features and benefits clearly to educate customers and encourage sales
• Process transactions accurately using cash handling, cashiering, and cash management procedures
• Maintain knowledge of current promotions, sales, and store policies to inform and assist customers effectively
• Handle customer inquiries, resolve issues promptly, and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service
• Utilize financial software and basic math skills for transaction processing, loan processing, and record keeping

Requirements

• Previous experience in retail sales or customer service is preferred but not required; enthusiasm and willingness to learn are key
• Strong communication skills with the ability to engage confidently with diverse customers
• Familiarity with financial services or banking concepts is a plus but not mandatory
• Ability to stand for extended periods, move around the store freely
• Knowledge of retail software systems or point-of-sale (POS) technology is advantageous
• A proactive attitude with excellent organizational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
