Temporary Senior Financial Analyst
Location: City of Industry, CA
Assignment: Open-ended, ongoing as needed
Compensation: $40-52/hour, based on experience
We are looking to hire a Temporary Sr Financial Analyst in City of Industry, coming from the non-profit industry
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and support organizational and departmental budget preparation.
- Perform budget-to-actuals and flux analysis, identifying and explaining variance drivers.
- Maintain monthly forecasts and update financial models as needed.
- Ensure compliance reporting of financial information.
- Manage and analyze large datasets to produce accurate and meaningful reports.
Desired Experience & Skills:
- Prior non-profit experience and knowledge of Uniform Guidance.
- Bachelor’s degree required; MBA preferred.
- Advanced Excel skills with strong financial modeling ability.
- Strong knowledge of GAAP and related technical accounting skills.
- Ability to research and interpret technical GAAP guidance.
Pay Details: $40.00 to $52.00 per hour
