The Supply Chain Receiving & Shipping Coordinator will support the flow of materials throughout our manufacturing and distribution operations. This role is critical to ensuring accurate receiving, inventory management, material handling, shipping, and logistics coordination to support production schedules and customer delivery commitments.

What You'll Do
- Coordinate and execute all inbound and outbound material activities.
- Receive incoming shipments and verify materials against purchase orders, packing slips, and related documentation.
- Inspect incoming materials for quantity, identification, and visible damage.
- Process inventory receipts and material transactions accurately within the ERP system.
- Label, organize, and store materials within designated warehouse locations.
- Prepare, package, and coordinate outbound shipments to customers and vendors.
- Generate shipping documentation including bills of lading, packing slips, labels, and export paperwork.
- Coordinate domestic and international freight with carriers and logistics partners.
- Track and communicate shipment status to internal stakeholders and customers.
- Support inventory accuracy through proper transaction management, cycle counts, and physical inventory activities.
- Assist with kitting, staging, and material preparation for production and project requirements.
- Partner closely with Operations, Planning, Procurement, Production, Manufacturing, and Quality teams.
- Support warehouse organization, material flow improvements, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment safely while maintaining compliance with company safety standards.
What We're Looking For
- 3-5 years of experience in shipping, receiving, warehouse operations, inventory control, supply chain, planning, or scheduling.
- Experience working within a manufacturing, industrial, or distribution environment preferred.
- Strong understanding of inventory management, receiving, shipping, and warehouse operations.
- Experience with ERP systems and inventory management software.
- Knowledge of freight coordination, logistics processes, and shipping documentation.
- Ability to identify and resolve inventory discrepancies and shipment issues.
- Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.
- Experience with domestic and international shipping processes is a plus.
- Forklift certification or willingness to obtain certification preferred.
- Familiarity with lean manufacturing and continuous improvement principles is highly desirable.
