Shipping & Receiving Coordinator — Screen Printing, Embroidery & Promo

We're a screen printing, embroidery, and promotional products company serving everyone from touring bands to Fortune 500 brands. Behind every finished order that goes out the door is a team that makes it happen — and right now, we need someone to own the shipping and receiving side of that operation.
This isn't a "stand around and scan boxes" job. You'll be the first person to touch incoming goods and the last one to send orders out. If something's wrong, you'll catch it. If something needs to go out, you'll make sure it does.

What you'll do
- Receive and process inbound shipments — check in, inspect, and log everything that comes through the door
- Pack and ship outbound orders — pick, pack, label, and send finished goods out accurately and on time
- Coordinate with carriers — schedule and manage UPS, FedEx, and freight pickups so nothing sits around longer than it should
- Keep the receiving area tight — organized space, accurate records, no mystery boxes
What we're looking for
The physical stuff: you're comfortable on your feet all day, and you can lift up to 50 lbs without blinking.

Experience
We're looking for at least 1 year of shipping & receiving experience. Warehouse, fulfillment, print shop, or similar industries are all great backgrounds.
