Supply Chain Analytics, Jr. Analyst
(Hybrid) – Gardena, CA
We’re seeking a detail-oriented Jr. Supply Chain Analyst to support data quality, reporting, and operational analytics across the supply chain. This role plays a key support function during surge periods, owning exception detection, first-pass variance analysis, and time-sensitive reporting to enable accurate, actionable decision-making.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain and validate supply chain data across systems
- Build ad hoc and recurring reports using Excel and Power BI
- Monitor exceptions related to inventory, demand, and service levels
- Perform first-pass variance analysis and prepare concise summaries
- Run basic SQL queries and support data pipelines and reporting feeds
- Support surge reporting with daily/weekly dashboards and insights
Qualifications
- 1–3 years of experience in supply chain, operations, or analytics
- Strong Excel skills (pivot tables, lookups, data analysis)
- Basic SQL experience preferred
- Exposure to BI tools (Power BI, Tableau) and ERP systems a plus
- Detail-oriented, analytical, and comfortable in fast-paced environments
Location
- Hybrid role based in Gardena, CA
Compensation: $27 to $33 per hour
