Core Responsibilities
- Prepare journal entries and maintain general ledger accounts
- Perform monthly reconciliations, including bank and credit card accounts
- Support AP/AR processing and fixed asset tracking
- Assist with month-end and year-end close procedures
- Help prepare internal financial reports and audit-related documentation
- Maintain accuracy and compliance with GAAP and internal accounting policies
- Contribute to ongoing process improvements and system enhancements
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field
- 2–4 years of accounting experience (manufacturing experience a plus)
- Strong understanding of GAAP and basic accounting functions
- Proficiency in Excel; experience with ERP/accounting systems preferred
- Detail-oriented, organized, and capable of managing multiple tasks
- Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset
