Sr. Training Specialist (Part-time)

Job Summary

The candidate will work as a Senior Training Specialist, delivering in-person training sessions for National Grid employees on ADP Workforce and timekeeping systems. They will be responsible for facilitating group sessions and ensuring that union-represented employees understand the new system implementation.

Skill Requirements

Must-Have Qualifications

• Experience in Instructor-led training
• Experience in Group facilitation
• Knowledge of Adult learning principles
• Experience with Workforce management, timekeeping, payroll, or HRIS systems

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with ADP Workforce
• Experience with WorkForce Software
• Familiarity with a Union environment
