Apply now for immediate consider!Manage end-to-end payroll processing for all employees, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local payroll laws and regulations.Prepare and maintain accurate payroll records and reports.Oversee the payroll system, including updates and improvements.Address and resolve payroll-related inquiries and issues from employees.Conduct regular payroll audits to ensure accuracy and compliance.Identify and implement process improvements to enhance payroll efficiency and accuracy.Work closely with HR and finance teams to ensure seamless payroll operations.Qualifications:Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance required5 years of experience in payroll processing, with knowledge of payroll systems (e.g., Workday, UKG, or similar).Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUPs)High level of accuracy and attention to detail.Strong organizational and time management skills.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.$38-50/hrPay Details: $38.00 to $50.00 per hourSearch managed by: Shoshana Ronen Benefit offerings available for our associates include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits and a 401K plan.
