What You’ll Do:
- Manage inventory accounting processes, including reconciliations, variance analysis, and reporting
- Oversee job costing activities, tracking labor, materials, and overhead for project profitability
- Partner cross-functionally with operations and finance teams to streamline workflows and improve cost visibility
- Support month-end close and financial reporting with a focus on accuracy and timeliness
Qualifications:
- Proven ability to work cross-functionally and adapt in a lean, fast-paced environment
- Experience with inventory systems and job costing methodologies
- CPA or MBA preferred but not required
- Strong organizational and communication skills
