A highly regarded Dallas-based boutique law firm is seeking a mid-level to senior attorney to join its thriving commercial real estate practice, with a focus on leasing transactions.
The firm represents a mix of institutional and entrepreneurial clients across office, retail, and industrial sectors, offering sophisticated work in a collegial, team-oriented environment. Ideal candidates will have 6 years of experience in commercial real estate, particularly leasing, and will appreciate the firm’s flexible hybrid schedule, strong internal culture, and reputation for excellence in transactional work.
- Compensation: Starting at ~$240,000 DOE, with substantial merit-based growth potential EOY Bonuses. OR compensated under a 40/20 model with unlimited earning potential.
- Role: Senior Commercial Real Estate Attorney - either Associate or Counsel - with a focus on leasing, plus acquisition disposition work.
- Location: Dallas, Texas
