Project Assistant (Contract-to-Hire)

LHH is partnering with a growing organization to hire a Project Assistant to support account operations and client-focused initiatives. This contract role offers strong potential to convert to a permanent position based on performance. It’s a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working with data, solving problems, and staying organized in a fast-paced environment.

What You’ll Do:

• Serve as a primary point of contact for account-related inquiries via phone and email
• Coordinate with customers and internal teams to resolve account issues and ensure timely follow-up
• Research discrepancies, track down root causes, and help implement solutions
• Support project workflows by organizing data, tracking progress, and maintaining accurate records
• Review billing information and assist with updates or corrections as needed
• Monitor outstanding items and follow up to ensure timely resolution
• Maintain detailed documentation using Excel and internal systems

What We’re Looking For:

• Strong communication skills with a professional, customer-service mindset
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and stay on top of deadlines
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including Pivot Tables and VLOOKUP
• Prior experience in administrative support, customer service, billing, or project coordination preferred
