Procurement Specialist | Leading Technology Infrastructure Project
We’re looking for a Procurement Specialist to support critical data centre construction projects. If you have experience in procurement, supply chain management, construction purchasing, or project coordination, this is an excellent opportunity to work on large-scale infrastructure projects while collaborating with a high-performing team.
What You’ll Do:
- Coordinate procurement activities to ensure equipment is delivered on time and within budget
- Work closely with Project Managers, suppliers, and logistics teams to support project execution
- Track delivery schedules and manage contract change orders
- Support sourcing activities, supplier relationships, and procurement strategy initiatives
- Monitor procurement processes, compliance requirements, and project risks
- Use Excel and other Microsoft tools to track procurement activities and reporting
What You Bring:
- 5–7 years of procurement, purchasing, supply chain, or related experience
- Experience supporting equipment deliveries, vendor management, and procurement operations
- Strong Excel, Outlook, Teams, and Word skills
- Knowledge of supply chain management and sourcing best practices
- Project management experience with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Strong communication, analytical, problem-solving, and negotiation skills
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting, Supply Chain, or a related field
- Construction procurement experience is highly preferred

💵 Pay: $42 – $46 per hour
