LHH is seeking a Staff Accountant for our client in Tulsa, OK. This is an in-office opportunity with our client. In this role, you will primarily manage journal entries, profit & loss analysis, month over month analysis, bank reconciliations, and invoice approvals. Responsibilities:
- Prepare financial statements with general ledger data
- Develop reports and analyze data for accuracy
- Process general ledger entries
- Reconcile accounts
- Authorize payments, assign account numbers, and request disbursements
- Analyze accounting processes and recommend process improvements when needed
- Use financial data to assist with questions or concerns
- Maintain confidentiality
- Process all credit card expenses, request receipts from management as needed
- Manage wire and ACH payments and transfers
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting
- Previous experience in a similar role
- Experience with MS Office
- Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
